About the speakers:

David Thomas is Head of Business Development at Schroders Personal Wealth and a Chartered Financial Planner. Dave has worked in Financial Services for 20 years and has advised both personal & commercial clients directly for over 15 years.

David’s current role was created to design and launch a new Business Development function within Schroders Personal Wealth. This new team is leading on a Workplace Wellbeing agenda to promote the importance of financial wellbeing to both the individuals and the businesses across the UK.

David passionately believes that financial institutions, governments and charities need to work hand in hand to support individuals and help them to engage effectively with their finances. Establishing an understanding of wellbeing and de-mystifying the subject of finances is the start of the process.
