I joined Rightmove almost five years ago when a tenant referencing business that I founded was acquired by Rightmove. I found it incredibly satisfying that our small business was able to have a positive impact on both our customers and in our local area. I know that many of you feel the same.

I also know the challenges that running a business brings. You’re at the sharp end of this every day but what’s clear from listening to you is that success is a shared goal. This shared goal underpins how we want to evolve and strengthen our relationship so that, together, we can have a lasting positive impact on our industry and communities. 

 

Advocating for the industry together

You’ve told us how important it is to have an industry advocate to champion the work you do, and an ongoing dialogue to ensure your needs are fully understood.

Accredited training solutions that keep you and your teams compliant and informed

  • We’re continuing to grow Teams View, our bespoke tool that allows agents to manage every aspect of staff training in the Hub. Many agents are using it to make the most of our ever-growing range of free training courses and our Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents (CELA) qualification.   • We’re ensuring our CPD certified training modules stay up to date with the latest regulations. We’ve recently refreshed our accredited course for the ‘Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (CPRs)’ in conjunction with Trading Standards, following the arrival of Material Information Parts B and C.   • In Lettings, agents are continuing to discover the benefits of our Lead to Keys system – the first all-in-one advertising, enquiry management and tenancy progression tool.   • React quickly and update your ads easily with our new self-serve tool, Ad Manager. We’ve made it easier for you to update text, images, photos, and videos, as well as enabling you to preview and check the status of an ad. Find out more here >
  • We’ve introduced new User Management features on Rightmove Plus meaning you can now add, edit and remove users in near real time. No need to contact customer service. You’re in control. All you need to do is become a User Admin >
