Module 1: Questioning.
Great questions unlock customers. Estate Agents of the future understand the power of language. Businesses that win understand their customer. In this module, you’ll learn how to ask great questions, why game-changing questions work and the power of conversation enders and extenders.

Module 2:  Objection handling.
In every sales environment, you’ll face customer objections. They are a natural part of any sales process. In this module, you’ll learn the five steps in the sales process and how to handle specific objections.

Once passed you will be awarded your CPD certificate. You will also have access to a pdf summary of the module to refer back to.

 Module 3: Closing.

Closing doesn’t have to be hard. The secret is to test the client’s temperature and use a summary close where you confirm all items. In this module, you’ll learn the secrets to trial closing and the summary close.

Module 4:  Additional revenue.

The “blended fee” allows you to produce a higher fee by delivering more value to the customer. The “jobs to be done” framework is about doing more for the customer before, during and after the transaction to increase your value. In this module, you’ll learn about additional revenue and using the +.- chart.
