The Renters’ Rights Bill: Rent increases, tribunals and tenancy agreements

Join us live
, Tuesday 10th December

As the Renters’ Rights Bill makes its way through parliament, in this month’s News Hour, we’ll focus on the much debated area of rental increases, how you can plan for them and how tenants can challenge them via tribunal.

Along side this guidance, we’ll also look at the key changes to tenancy agreements as we move away from contractual assured shorthold tenancies (AST) to statutory periodic tenancies, and how you can prepare for the potential changes ahead.

Finally, this will be another opportunity to put your legal questions about the Bill to Rightmove’s General Counsel, David Cox, and get the details you need to confidently talk to your landlords and tenants about what’s coming early next year.

This session counts towards your CPD.
