About the speakers

Peter Fuller, Acquisitions & Lettings Consultant 

With over 40 years’ experience in the property industry, now an acquisitions and lettings consultant, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to any conversation. Before going solo as a consultant, Peter held board level positions with The Romans Group and heavily involved during their expansion, sale of business to private equity and eventual merger with Leaders. As a Director with the Property Ombudsman, Peter also played an active role in writing codes of practice for UK lettings agents.

Lucy Noonan, Founder of Atomic Consultancy 

Lucy has more than 25 years’ experience in lettings and estate agency, working in senior roles with some huge organisations such as Belvoir, LSL, Hunters and The Lomond Group. Prior to forming Atomic Consultancy, Lucy was responsible for M&A activity for some of the biggest names in the industry and now brings this wealth of experience to their fast-growing customer base. To date, Lucy and her team have successfully advised on more than 300 deals with a total value of £280 million and were proud to be awarded the accolade of Acquisition Supplier of the Year at last years’ ESTAS awards.

Christian Balshen, Rightmove Head of Lettings

Christian joined Rightmove in 2019 as part of the acquisition of Van Mildert Landlord & Tenant Protection and has many years of experience in the lettings industry. Since 2009, Christian has worked with thousands of letting agents of all sizes, in all regions of the UK, as well as a wide range of suppliers to the letting industry. His enjoyment of founding and running Van Mildert means that he loves nothing more than talking to letting agents and sharing stories and experiences about the highs and lows of growing a business.
