Lessons from lockdown – Agent roundtable

Recorded live on Wednesday 10th June 2020

We welcome 3 agency leaders from across the country for a panel discussion followed by Q&A on how they’re adapting 1 month into the reopening of the market and continuing to deliver results. We’ll be joined by:

Matt Nicol of 2 branch Nicol & Co in Worcestershire:  achieved an average of 100% of asking price on 30 sales since 13th May.
Lucy Pendleton of 7 branch James Pendleton in London: registering hundreds of new applicants every week
Nick Kier of 1 branch Lane & Holmes in Bedford: fall-throughs at less than 10% and current pipeline 20% higher than pre-lockdown

They’ll share their proven advice on:

· The activities worth prioritising most right now
· Keeping fall through rates low and achieved prices high
· When to bring staff back from furlough
· The tech that’s having the biggest impact on their business

As our guests run agencies covering both sales and lettings ranging in size from 1 to 7 branches. You’re sure to come away with some different perspectives on what to do – and what to avoid – based on the lessons they’ve learnt so far.
