Over 21 years, Jeff Grout has built the UK operation at recruitment company Robert Half International from two offices and 12 staff into a business with domestic turnover of £65 million, 19 offices and over 360 staff. This was after finding his feet following an eclectic career as a van driver, Bollywood actor and local government town planner.
