About the presenter:
Aidan Reed has over 40 years in the Property Sector having originally trained as a Chartered Surveyor being a Partner in a Market Leading Sales and Letting business in Loughborough. Aidan’s interest and passion for HMO’s came when he took over a portfolio of Private landlords in Loughborough formally managed by the University. When Aidan sold his business including a Student lettings business the proceeds went into developing a High End HMO business as a Landlord. Aidan has mentored firms developing their HMO business and trained many hundreds of practitioners over the last eight years in how to do it properly and to get more from their existing landlord base.
