1. “We”, “us” or “Rightmove” means Rightmove Group Limited (company number 03997679) of 2 Caldecotte Lake Business Park Caldecotte Lake Drive, Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, England, MK7 8LE.
2. The competition will run from 0830 08th February 2024 to 1445 on 08th February 2024.
3. By completing the form, you will be entered to win a 2-night break for two people
4. Entries received after 1445 on 08th February 2024 will not be counted.
5. By submitting the form, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to be contacted by Rightmove strictly in relation to the competition. We will ask you for your name, company, email address and contact number.
6. We will only accept one entry per per person.
7. We will not accept lost or delayed entries, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
8. All competition entries submitted to Rightmove will become the property of Rightmove on receipt and will not be returned.

10. Winners will be selected at random from those who have submitted the form, and will be informed during the event after the final refreshment break. This will be a final decision and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
11. If the winner is not in attendance at this point, they will be contacted by email and/or phone.
12. If the winner does not respond to Us within 5 working days of being notified by Us, then that winner’s prize will be deemed to be forfeited and we shall be entitled to select another winner at random.
13. Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence. If you win the life coaching session, you will enter into a direct agreement with the life coach.
14. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
