Choose the right qualification for you:

You can choose from three Level 3 qualification options, with all training included at no extra cost as part of your Rightmove membership. The only cost is the final exam fee, paid to the awarding body.

  • Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Letting Agents (CELA) – England

Covers both sales and lettings, giving you broad knowledge across both specialisms. CELA is Ofqual regulated and approved for NAEA and ARLA membership.

To obtain your qualification you will need to sit one exam, independently adjudicated by Person Vue, through ABBE (Awarding Body for the Build Environment)  as the awarding body.

  • Propertymark Qualifications Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency (CiPA) – Sales – England

Launching on April 27th 2026:  Designed for agents who want to specialise in residential sales. This Ofqual regulated  qualification can be used towards NAEA membership.

To obtain your qualification you will need to sit four smaller exams, through Propertymark Qualifications  as the awarding body.

  • Propertymark Qualifications Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency (CiPA) – Lettings – England

Launching on April 27th 2026: Ideal for agents focusing on residential lettings and property management. This Ofqual regulated qualification supports ARLA membership.

To obtain your qualification you will need to sit four smaller exams, through Propertymark Qualifications as the awarding body.
