Why are we launching a qualification? Plus your questions answered

In response to the government’s plans for the Regulation of Property Agents (RoPA), Rightmove have announced the launch of FREE qualification training for the industry.

Since our announcement, thousands of estate agency professionals have registered their interest in our Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents (CELA). And you have had plenty of questions for us…

To answer those questions, we were joined by Rightmove’s Head of Education Jason Charles, alongside qualification contributors Dr David Smith (legislation specialist) & Richard Rawlings (renowned agency trainer)
