Ask Rightmove will use the information and description provided by you to answer responses. If you describe a property as being a blank canvas, offering opportunity, requiring modernising, or similar, Ask Rightmove will use this in answering relevant prompts.

Equally, if you describe a property as being modern, in excellent condition, recently renovated, being of a high specification or immaculate finish, or similar, Ask Rightmove will use this in answering relevant prompts.

Ask Rightmove will not make any other statements or judgements on a property’s condition. If prompted by a user for assessments of condition, Ask Rightmove will respond informing home-movers that condition is something only they can determine, based on what is important to them.

If prompted, Ask Rightmove will provide information on the average asking price for similar properties and the number of properties that average is based on. Averages are based on the property outcode (e.g. CF10, NE1, SW1A, EH1) and Rightmove’s asking price data. Rightmove will provide averages based on the most recent full calendar month as default. If a home-mover is using AI Search or Ask Rightmove to search for properties and clicks on a property card within the AI search results, they’ll be taken to the property detail page. This interaction will be counted as a property detail view and reflected in your performance reports.

They can then type ‘@Rightmove’ in a prompt  to start discovering properties (e.g. “@Rightmove, show me family homes near Leeds, with excellent schools, for £400-£450k”), or ChatGPT can surface the Rightmove app, without a specific ‘@Rightmove’ in the user’s prompt, if it’s relevant to the conversation.

The user will need to be logged in to access the chat, however the Rightmove app is available to both free and paid ChatGPT users.
