The Renting Homes (Wales) Act comes into force across Wales on 1st December replacing the existing regimes provided for by the Housing Act 1985 and Housing Act 1988.
In this webinar Property Lawyer David Smith returned to help you understand the re-structured repairing obligations set out in the RHWA including the new fitness standard and the requirements to have an electrical safety test.
