Module 3. Closing.
Closing doesn’t have to be hard. The secret is to test the client’s temperature and use a “summary close” where you confirm all items. In this module, you’ll learn the secrets to trial closing and the summary close.
After you have watched both bite sized training videos in this module you will be asked to complete a short proof of learning test. Once passed you will be awarded your CPD certificate.
