Reagan strives to change the way our industry operates by tossing old habits aside and building a customer-centred business from the ground up. Reagans passion lies within property management, and is constantly looking for ways to improve and adapt this offering to match the changing needs of the consumer. Most recently, post pandemic behaviour has encouraged Paramount to consider property management in a new light, as a revenue stream, and a viable department to add value for the customer as apposed to a bolt on to a usually dominant lettings team.
