Need some help understanding the Learning Platform?
Wondering where to start with your studies and revision?
The CELA qualification is delivered through online video content and a digital handbook for each unit. There is no classroom or in-person teaching. This means as an adult learner, you need to be self motivated and able to manage your time. To support your learning, our CELA study guide provides guidance on how to stay motivated, how to organise your learning and other top tips to ensure your learning journey is a successful one.

Need some help with your exam?
The exam is held online via Person Vue’s secure examination platform. The platform allows the learner to sit a remote exam online in controlled conditions. The exam is entirely multiple choice and should not take more than 90 minutes.
The exam is taken in three sections, General Knowledge, Sales knowledge and finally, Lettings knowledge. You must score a minimum of 70% in each section to pass the exam overall.
If you pass, you will be notified right away and emailed your Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Letting Agents within 10 working days. Print it, frame it and display it with pride!
If you do not pass, whilst we do hope you pass first time, you will be able to book a re-sit direct with the examiner for a cost of £70 + VAT
