We see this partnership as a vital way to advocate for our industry, and achieve our mission: to give everyone the belief they can make their move. It’s just one way we’re building success together with our agency partners, supporting them with insight, training, control and advocacy.

On Thursday 5th March 2026, the Shaw Theatre, London came alive as the WiEA community gathered for bold panels, TED-style talks, and powerful conversations. Surprise guests, immersive sponsor zones, and an unforgettable evening of networking and laughter closed the day in true WiEA style.
The Rightmove lounge offered a calm space for attendees to relax, reconnect, and rewind with complimentary massages, coffee, and of course all the best Rightmove goodies!

As part of Rightmove’s commitment to supporting Women in Estate Agency, we host the group’s 13 Regional Champions — representing 10 regions across the UK — at our offices twice a year. Together, they collaborate on initiatives to grow the network, raise awareness, and organise local events that empower women across the industry.
