About the speakers:

Stephanie Kvam is Deputy Director for PRS Housing Redress and Regulatory Systems at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. She leads reforms to improve tenants’ experiences in the private rented sector while supporting responsible landlords and brings over 20 years’ experience in housing, regeneration, and local government policy.

Ross McInnes is Deputy Director for PRS Strategy, Security and Standards in MHCLG – leading on delivery of the new tenancy system, Decent Homes Standard and Awaab’s Law.  Ross has previously worked across government, including in No10 Downing Street and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
