In the view below, Tim explains that data reviews were once shared on a quarterly basis, but in the new normal high frequency data on-demand can make the difference when reacting quickly, particularly in the industrial market.
“You can build a large industrial unit in 9 months, whereas a city centre office block takes substantially longer. I’m not saying we can react to the 6m square feet of demand that’s out there for logistics that quickly, but our clients want to know at the moment where they may have an occupier who’s really struggling and there may be an asset management opportunity with other occupiers with good levels of enquiries coming through.”
