At Women in Estate Agency’s 2025 conference, we asked agents to pop into our video booth and tell us what “success” really means to them. Rightmove’s Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents (CELA) is Ofqual regulated and Propertymark approved. That means agents who pass the independently adjudicated final CELA exam can apply to join Propertymark’s ARLA or NAEA associations and will be able to add MNAEA & MARLA post-nominals after their name.
