Terms and Conditions Competition with Rightmove Commercial

By selecting you want to take part in the competition on the event registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. “We”, “us” or “Rightmove” means Rightmove Group Limited (company number 03997679) of 2 Caldecotte Lake Business Park Caldecotte Lake Drive, Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, England, MK7 8LE.
2. The competition will run from 17 March 2025 to 5pm on 13 May 2025 (the “Entry Period”). The winner will be announced on 20 May 2025 at Rightmove Commercial’s Partner Lunch during UKREiiF (the “Event”).
3. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person will be permitted, and entries must be made during the Entry Period. All other entries will be void.
4. By completing and submitting the form, you will be entered to win a Red Letter Ultimate Moments Gift Box (the “Prize”). The winner must be present at the Event.
5. By submitting the form, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to be contacted by Rightmove strictly in relation to the competition. The personal data you supply will only be processed as set out in Rightmove’s Privacy Policy. We will ask you for your name, company, email address and contact number.
6. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. We will not accept lost or delayed entries, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
7. Winners will be selected at random from those who have submitted the form, and will be informed at the end of the Event. If the winner is not present at the Event, another winner will be selected at random. This will be a final decision and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
8. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Rightmove reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize where it becomes necessary to do so.
9. The Prize will be subject to the Red Letter Days terms and conditions, and you will enter into a separate agreement with Experience More Limited, trading as Red Letter Days in respect of such Prize. Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by our negligence.
10. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
