Before you start

You’ll need these data points to calculate your current conversion rates and revenue:

  • valuation leads
  • valuations completed
  • instructions (new listings)
  • properties sold (STC)
  • completed transactions
  • average sold price
  • your average fee %

We recommend using the most recent full 12-months data to give you the most accurate overview of your sales funnel and yearly revenue.

You can find most of this information in your Rightmove Plus reports. You’ll need to check your own records for the number of valuations completed and your average fee.
