Referencing Promotion Special Offer

1. Introduction
   • This agreement creates a Contract between Rightmove Group Limited (“Rightmove”, “We”, “Us”) company registration number 03997679, and You for provision of the Referencing Promotion Special Offer (the “Referencing Offer”) which forms part of Your Contract with Us and should be read in conjunction with the General Membership Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) and Rightmove Product Guidelines Estate Agency and Lettings (“Relevant Guidelines”) available here: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/advertise-with-us.
   • Defined terms used in this Referencing Offer shall have the meaning given to them in the GTCs or the Relevant Guidelines.
   • By accepting the Referencing Offer, You agree to be bound by these Referencing Offer Guidelines.
2. Special Offer Description and Pricing:
   • You will receive up to 15 RLTS References free of charge during the Term.
3. Term:
   • The Term for this Referencing Offer starts on the date on which You are set up with a referencing account, for a maximum of 30 days, and in any event ends on 30 June 2025.
4. Special Offer Usage Constraints:
   • You will not be eligible for the Referencing Offer if You have been a customer of RLTS and used an RLTS Reference within the previous 12 calendar months.
   • Your acceptance of the Referencing Offer is subject to a separate contract with RLTS and You hereby agree to the RLTS Agent Terms of Business available at the link in paragraph 1.1.
   • The Referencing Offer is subject to the Special Offer Guidelines in the Relevant Guidelines.
