1. Introduction
1.1 This agreement creates a Contract between Rightmove Group Limited (“Rightmove”, “We”, “Us”) company registration number 03997679, and You for provision of the Referencing Promotion Special Offer (the “Referencing Offer”) which forms part of Your Contract with Us and should be read in conjunction with the General Membership Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”), Rightmove Product Guidelines Rental Operators and any other relevant Guidelines (“Relevant Guidelines”), available here: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/advertise-with-us.
1.2 Defined terms used in this Referencing Offer shall have the meaning given to them in the GTCs or the Relevant Guidelines.
1.3 By accepting the Referencing Offer, You agree to be bound by these Referencing Offer guidelines (“Referencing Offer Guidelines”).
2. Special Offer Description and Pricing:
2.1 You will receive a 33% discount on the RLTS referencing Service during the Term.
3. Term:
3.1 The Term for this Referencing Offer commences on the date on which You are set up with a referencing account and ends at the earlier of: (i) two months from the start date; or (ii) 1 June 2026.
4. Special Offer Usage Constraints:
4.1 The Referencing Offer is only available to Rental Operator event attendees at the Resident Choice Awards 2026, taking place on 12 February 2026.
4.2 You will not be eligible for the Referencing Offer if You have been a customer of RLTS and used an RLTS referencing Service within the previous 6 calendar months.
4.3 Your acceptance of the Referencing Offer is subject to a separate contract with RLTS and You hereby agree to the RLTS Agent Terms of Business available at the link in paragraph 1.1.
4.4 The Referencing Offer is subject to these Referencing Offer Guidelines and the Special Offer Guidelines in the Relevant Guidelines.
