Our “Rent in Five” lettings vision

We want to help you grow your lettings business and part of this is helping you win more landlords. Most landlords say their top concern is finding the right tenant. Because we have the largest online property audience, advertising on Rightmove helps you show your landlords the effort you put in to find the best tenant. 

But we also know that dealing with lots of tenant leads is time-consuming. We’ve trialed a number of tools to help with this, including a tenant passport, extra pre-qualification questions on the enquiry form and online appointment booking. Thank you to all of you that have used and given us valuable feedback on these tools.

We know from our trials that to truly help make the process more efficient for agents we need to go further.  We need to join up the entire lettings flow, from a lead being sent to a tenant moving in. But still allow you complete flexibility to choose the bits that work for your business. That’s what our new vision is designed to do.

So, our solution isn’t to start with fewer leads and reduce the choice of tenants  By advertising on Rightmove, you’re maximising the opportunity to find the best tenant by putting your landlord’s property in front of the biggest online audience of potential tenants. 

 

Automatic pre-qualification, including credit check
