Online Agent Valuation is a digital valuation tool where agents receive detailed property information instantly via email, SMS and Rightmove Plus. They can respond with a valuation estimate, which is then presented to the vendor on a branded page. 

When a vendor submits a request, you receive property details (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms, garden size, condition, photos). You then provide a valuation estimate by the next working day, along with a personalised message and your agency contact information. 

In most circumstances, you’ll receive comprehensive details such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, garden size, property condition, recent renovations, and photos, allowing you to provide an estimated valuation range. 

Your estimate is shown on a branded page, including your personalised message, a link to your Premium Price Guide, and information about your agency, along with contact details so the vendor can reach out for next steps. 

Once your valuation is submitted, the vendor’s contact details become available to you in Rightmove Plus, and the vendor is encouraged to get in touch or request an in-person appraisal. 

You are prompted to respond with an estimated valuation range by the next working weekday.
