Making report building easier and quickerYou can complete a report on our new Best Price Guide in 20% fewer clicks1. And crucially, with live property filters, there’ll be no more clicking back and forth editing your criteria to build out your report with comparables.
Digitally shareableNow completely mobile-optimised, you’ll be able to share your new Best Price Guide reports digitally too, with a unique URL associated with each report you generate. So you have the flexibility to pop a link to your report into a text message or email and keep your conversations flowing.

Source: 1. Rightmove data, comparing fewest clicks required to complete a Best Price Guide report. New report can be completed in just 8 clicks versus old report which takes a minimum of 10 clicks. Both reports require more clicks to add more comparable properties and market data, but new report can add this additional information in fewer clicks than the old report.
