We’re constantly experimenting with new tools and features that add value to those using Rightmove. Here’s a round-up of some of our latest AI-powered initiatives launched to support agents… 

AI-powered Vendor Prediction Model 

Where to find it: Opportunity Manager and Rightmove Discover  

Our new AI-powered Vendor Prediction Model uses predictive insights from billions of datapoints across Rightmove to share valuation opportunities with you. 

Now integrated with Opportunity Manager and Discover, this AI-model helps you reach and convert more vendors, faster. Here’s how:  

Smarter vendor predictions, less wasted calls

We can confidently predict whether someone is a vendor, even when they haven’t said so. That means more time spent with the right people.

AI-powered writing tool

Where to find it: Online Agent Valuation   

Online Agent Valuation is a new way for agents to connect with sellers digitally, giving you the edge to win instructions before your competitors:  

  • You have the option to use an AI-powered writing tool to speed up the process of replying to online valuation requests.   
  • More than a fifth of agents are already using this feature.

Here’s three AI innovations designed to increase engagement with your listings and deliver even more quality leads from movers. Watch this space – there’s much more to come.  

AI Keywords 

Where to find it: Rolling out gradually in residential property searches on the Rightmove app, through November and December 2025 

AI keywords helps movers more easily find a home which fits their exact requirements by inputting their bespoke requirements such as sea or river views, exposed brick, balcony, or underfloor heating:  

  • The AI technology goes beyond the existing filters, scanning images and text in property listings to deliver more relevant properties. 
  • That means your listings will be surfaced to more relevant and engaged buyers, enhancing visibility and increasing engagement and conversion potential.  

 

Style with AI  

Where to find it: Available to a small number of users viewing properties for sale on Rightmove, from November 2025 

Style with AI helps buyers visualise a property’s potential by putting their own stamp on the décor:  

  • Movers can remove furniture from images, adjust lighting, and change the style of a home, for example to a Scandi or Art Deco style, to better imagine themselves living there.  
  • It aims to give buyers confidence to contact an agent for a viewing, even if the property isn’t currently decorated to their taste.  

 

Renovation Cost Estimator

Where to find it: Trialling on very limited amount of homes via the “Renovation potential” tab on the property details pages, from November 2025

Renovation Cost Estimator helps movers plan their budgets accurately by showing potential renovation expenses upfront, making property decisions more informed and stress-free:

  • Movers can view estimated renovation costs upfront, helping them make informed decisions before booking viewings.
  • It will help highlight the possibilities of properties, especially useful for homes needing updates.

  • 2026 Calendars:

The creative concepts for our calendar were thought up by our in-house design team who then used AI to bring their ideas to life. Our process of using AI tools combined with human oversight and editing, ensured the final images aligned with our brand and delivered something unique for your desks.

  • That Rightmove filter:

This social campaign was designed to engage the next generation of home movers. The AI powered tool let users snap a photo, choose a theme like Explorer or Dreamer, and see themselves alongside a fantasy home. From retro 70s pads to grand regency escapes, the campaign blends creativity with fun, supported by influencer collaborations to amplify reach and spark conversation.

  • Mortgages campaign:

This campaign tested generative AI video production to bring our mortgage toolkit to life in a fresh, creative way. The campaign aims to give home-movers confidence by showing how understanding affordability early can make the dream of owning a home feel achievable. The ads feature on TikTok and Reddit, using AI to create dynamic storytelling that goes beyond traditional filming techniques.
