Your learning is split into four key units, each covering an essential area of professional practice. We recommend following the order we’ve set out, but you’re free to revisit content at any time and learn at a pace that suits you.
Each unit ends with a short multiple-choice knowledge check. Pass to earn a proof of understanding certificate.
You can re‑sit these knowledge checks as often as you like. They’re there to build confidence before your exams.
Each exam contains 30 questions in a mix of formats, such as multiple choice, drag and drop, matching, and list style. You’ll have 45 minutes to complete each exam.

Propertymark Qualifications’ interactive demo test helps you get familiar with the exam platform. By completing the demo exam, you’ll get a feel for the type and difficulty of questions you can expect in your actual examinations.
