How your monthly stats are calculated
Your monthly stats email provides a quick overview of your branch performance for the previous calendar month, helping you identify successes and opportunities. Here's how they're calculated:
Sales
- Branded views: total views of your Featured Agent banners, Local Homepage banners, Microsite and property details
- Detail views: total detail views on your sales properties
- Property leads: total number of email and telephone leads for your sales properties (excludes general enquiries)
- Properties listed: new sales properties added to Rightmove throughout the month
- Properties sold: properties changed to SSTC on Rightmove throughout the month
- Total available stock: the total number of unique sales properties listed as available on Rightmove during the whole month (not an average)
Lettings
- Branded views: total views of your Featured Agent banners, Local Homepage banners, Microsite and Property details
- Detail views: total detail views on your lettings properties
- Property leads: total number of email and telephone leads for your lettings properties (excludes general enquiries)
- Properties listed: new lettings properties added to Rightmove throughout the month
- Properties let: properties changed to Let Agreed on Rightmove throughout the month
- Total available stock: the total number of unique lettings properties listed as available on Rightmove during the whole month (not an average)
