How to add an email address to your Safe Sender list
To make sure you receive emails from us and they don’t go to your junk mail, we recommend you add the below email addresses to your Safe Sender list.
Updates: hello@mailer.rightmove.co.uk
Invoices: accounts@rightmove.co.uk
Here’s how to do this on the most popular email platforms:
Outlook (2013 version)
- Open Outlook and go to the Home tab.
- Click Junk > Junk Email Options.
- Select the Safe Senders tab and click Add.
- In the Add address or domain box, enter the email address
- Click OK and close the window.
Gmail
There’s no Safe Sender functionality, but you have a couple of options to make sure emails get through:
Option 1: add us as a Contact
Add the email address to your Gmail Contacts.
Option 2: mark an email as “Not Spam”
If you’re worried you’ve missed an email from us, check your Spam folder. If there’s an email from Rightmove in there, right click on the email and click “Not Spam”. If there’s not an email from us that you can mark as “Not Spam”, please add us to your Gmail Contacts instead.
Yahoo
Add our address as a Contact to make sure our emails get through.
- Open your Yahoo mailbox.
- Click the address book icon under the Yahoo! Mail logo. When you roll your mouse over it, it will say Contacts.
- Click New Contact.
- Fill in the fields of your Contact.
- Click Save.
If you’re using another email service, try doing an internet search for the name of your service and “how to add a safe sender”.
Thanks for your support in helping make sure our emails get through to you.
