Currently, trying to find a home in the private rented sector can be a challenging experience for a tenant using a wheelchair. It’s important that accessibility experts, agents and property portals work together to make it easier for a wheelchair user to find the information they need to decide if a property is suitably accessible for them.

Guy Harris – is dedicated to helping increase the supply of accessible wheelchair housing in the UK. As both a wheelchair user and a property expert, spending over 20 years in the industry, Guy has the expertise and first-hand experience to understand the challenges that those using a wheelchair have to overcome to find the right rental property.
Richard Davies – is one of the most experienced lettings professionals in London, having been at the centre of London’s lettings industry for over 25 years. Richard started his property career as a negotiator at Chestertons in 1996, and has worked in many different areas across the capital, progressing to Head of Lettings where he has been instrumental in the company’s substantial growth. With over 30 offices, Chestertons is one of the largest lettings agencies in London and has won numerous awards, most recently the RESI Lettings Agency of the Year Award.
