Getting ready for your exams and going in to the unexpected can feel daunting. When comes to your knowledge, there are end of unit assessments to give you the confidence you need.
When it comes to the exams, we have put together the following as an introduction to the exam platform, to the type of questions you may be asked and the different styles of questions you might face.
The first three exams are shared units across both sales or lettings. The final exam is where you sit your specialist pathway.
Common units:
CiPA01- The role of the Property Professional
CiPA02 – The Practice of a Property Professional
CiPA03 – General Law and Practice for Property Agents- England
Specialist pathway:
CiPA06 – Residential Lettings, Property Management and Practice- England
CiPA10- Residential Sales – England
Each exam contains 30 questions in a mix of formats, such as multiple choice, drag and drop, matching, and list style. You’ll have 45 minutes to complete each exam.
