Getting to grips with the new Best Price Guide

In the new Best Price Guide, we’ve added in the option to include the property you’re going to value – as you said you wanted to be able to personalise the report for your client.
You don’t have to incude this, though – it’s completely optional. You can skip this first step and jump straight to entering the postcode to find your comparables instead – just like on the old Best Price Guide.
Fix your graphs
If the criteria you use to find your comparables is quite narrow, the first two graphs might not contain enough data to be useful.
By clicking the Edit Graph Criteria button and expanding your criteria, your graphs will pull in more data and be more useful. Editing your graph criteria doesn’t affect the criteria you used for your comparables – it just means that your graphs will allow you to tell a better story.
