Terms and Conditions – Enquiry Manager trial – Autumn 2024

Enquiry Manager Trial Special Offer Guidelines: 

1. This agreement creates a Contract between Rightmove Group Limited (“Rightmove”, “We”, “Us”) company registration number 03997679, and You for provision of the Enquiry Manager Trial Special Offer (“Enquiry Manager Trial”) which forms part of Your Contract with Us and should be read in conjunction with the General Membership Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) and relevant Guidelines.
2. Special Offer Description, Pricing and minimum Term: You will receive the Enquiry Manager Additional Product free of any Charges for 2 complete calendar months.
3. Special Offer Usage Constraints:
   • We have the right to terminate this Enquiry Manager Trial by serving written notice on You with immediate effect. You have the right to terminate this Enquiry Manager Trial by serving one Business Day’s written notice on Us.
   • The Enquiry Manager Trial is subject to the Special Offer Guidelines in the Estate Agency and Lettings Product Guidelines.
