Support and Rightmove Plus availability over Christmas


Our office opening hours over Christmas:

25th – 29th December: Closed
30th & 31st December: Open
1st – 3rd January: Closed
4th January: Normal office hours will resume

In addition to the hours above, the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Services team will be unavailable from 1pm on 24th December. During the Christmas period, please send any urgent referencing queries to referencing@rightmove.co.uk.

Rightmove Plus availability

Fraudsters tend to use the Christmas period to target businesses, including property professionals.  We’re taking this action to protect your listings, your leads and your brand reputation.

To keep your account secure, some Rightmove Plus reports will not be available from 5:30pm on Christmas Eve until 9am on Sunday 26th December

 What’s not available during that time:

  1. Adding and editing properties if you upload your properties via Rightmove Plus (you will not be affected if you upload your properties using your own software via a data feed)
  2. Lead Reports
  3. Updating users or your branch profile
  4. Opportunity Manager
  5. Adding Featured Property & Premium Listing

Don’t worry, you can still use:

  1. Best Price Guide
  2. Market share reports
  3. Property Performance and Marketing Reports

Your Rightmove Plus reports will back up and running as usual on Boxing Day.
