Improving the quality and quantity of your leads – including sending you more valuation opportunities
We recently made some changes to our enquiry forms. We optimised the journey on mobile in particular, to help you find more valuation opportunities.
In the mobile journey, we added new prompts for home-hunters sending leads to indicate whether they currently have a property that they are looking to sell or rent out.
Previously, we were only able to ask these questions of home-hunters sending leads on desktop. Here’s the results we saw:
Before:
- 26% of desktop leads indicated they had a property to sell
- 2% of desktop leads indicated they had a property to rent
After:
Desktop remained the same. Plus we added:
32% of mobile leads indicated they had a property to sell ¹

These changes mean that we’ve been able to deliver more sales valuation lead opportunities and more potential landlord details to you as part of your standard Rightmove membership.
