Legal and Compliance update for the Property Sector in Wales

2022 will see big changes in the letting sector in Wales with the introduction of the long-awaited Renting Homes (Wales) Act. This will lead to radical shake up in the letting sector in Wales with ASTs disappearing altogether to be replaced by standard contracts.
