41% of Rightmove’s traffic comes via Google and, as a UK average, people are 4 times more likely to search for Rightmove than Zoopla on Google. This makes Rightmove the clear first port of call for an online property search.

This chart highlights how Rightmove is the website that comes to mind when people start their home moving journey. Over the last 2 years, Rightmove has consistently accounted for 80% of the branded searches on Google for the two most searched for property websites.

Even at Rightmove’s quietest hours of the day (between 2-6am), twice as many people search for Rightmove on Google than search for Zoopla at its daily peak (8-9pm).  That gives you, your brand and your clients an edge 24 hours a day.
