How to create and edit your default patch

Because your competitive rankings now all sit in Rightmove Intel, we’ve moved the ability to create, edit and set your default patch to Intel as well. As your rankings are based on the patch you set, this should make it easier for you to keep your patch up to date so your rankings are as accurate as possible.

We’ve made it easier than ever to create and edit your patches

With an improved map view and the ability to create a bigger patch, or add multiple separate areas to a single patch, it’s easier than ever for you to manage your patches.

How to create and edit patches: our new patch creator

What to do now

Remember to log into Rightmove Intel, rather than Rightmove Plus if you want to make changes to your default patch, or create any new patches.

For security reasons, it’s really important that everyone in your team who needs access to our reports has a separate Rightmove Plus log-in. This will make it easier for us to give permission to the right people who you want to be able to update your patch, and to restrict access for others. Please provide details of everyone who needs access to our Customer Support Team.

If you have any questions, just speak to your Account Manager.
