Through several failures and ultimately his recent success, James has developed what he sees as a winning formula and we’re delighted to have him in the webinar studio to share this insight with agents across the UK.

Who is James Fontalba?

After 10 years working for one of the region’s largest independent high street agencies, James Fontalba launched Roman James Estates from his garage in February 2017. He felt there was a gap in the market for a hybrid model of agency, with forward-thinking marketing that could be offered at a competitive fee. James is now the number one agent in his area – although it did take him two failed attempts.
