With around 300,000 private rented homes in the UK which have EPCs at Bands F and G, David Cox, ARLA Propertymark Chief Executive, will answer any questions you may have on the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) before they come into force in April 2018. David will also answer your queries on the recent Government consultation which proposes to require landlords to pay at least £2,500 to get their properties up to EPC Band E.
