Cladding, energy efficiency and electrical safety are the key legislative disruptors facing the private rental sector this year. On top of that, the UPRN (Unique Property Reference Number) project is in full swing and has been presented to government in January.
Theresa Wallace is uniquely placed to give this essential update on these upcoming changes and how the industry is responding. Theresa is the chair of The Lettings Industry Council and set up and chairs the working group industry meetings to discuss how agents should be dealing with cladding in terms of CPRs and health and safety responsibilities. Theresa also leads the UPRN project alongside Andrew Bulmer from IRPM and Dan Hughes from the RED Foundation.
You will leave this webinar with:
A greater understanding of the issues with cladding – what you need to do as an agent and what progress the industry has made so far
More detail on what the UPRN is and how this will be a “game changer” for the property sector
A reminder of the electrical installation regulations
The latest update on the energy efficiency changes and what they mean for you
By attending this webinar live we will provide you with a certificate as proof of learning to help you record your CPD hours*
